The results of the study indicate that, between 2004 and 2022, approximately 2800 dolphins entered the Gulf.

In 2022, around 1200 individuals were identified. This confirms that dolphins are present throughout the year, although the size and composition of the groups may vary.

The research also highlights that these cetaceans enter and leave the Gulf constantly, making the area a strategic point for dolphin watching.
