For the first time, Argentina will host the World Ranger Congress, an international meeting that highlights the work of those who safeguard ecosystems. The event will take place from April 19 to 23, 2027 in Puerto Iguazú.
In this context, the event will bring together about 600 professionals from different countries. Thus, it consolidates as one of the most relevant spaces for the exchange of experiences in environmental conservation.
Moreover, the choice of Argentina as the venue marks a recognition of regional work. In this way, the country positions itself on the global stage of biodiversity protection.

An international space for exchange and cooperation
The congress is promoted by the International Ranger Federation, an entity that brings together organizations from around the world. Consequently, it promotes international cooperation and professional strengthening.
Likewise, the event is held every three years in different countries. Therefore, its arrival in Argentina represents a strategic opportunity to highlight shared challenges and solutions.
In turn, the local organization will be in charge of the National Park Rangers Union of the Republic of Argentina. In this way, it seeks to enhance the participation of professionals from the country.
