The municipal government of Rafaela has once again launched the awareness campaign framed within Ordinance No. 5,081 of 2016, which declares the city as “Fireworks-Free City of Non-Luminous Audible Effect”.

This regulation prohibits the use of non-luminous audible fireworks at events organized by the municipality and restricts the possession, sale, storage, display, and sale of certain types of fireworks to the public.

Details of the Fireworks Regulation in Rafaela

The ordinance prohibits:

  • The possession, sale, storage, display, and sale of “explosive bombs” of one inch or more, and other products of similar or greater explosive power.
  • The sale of fireworks to minors under 16 years of age.
  • The manufacture, commercialization, possession, and use of fireworks that have not been classified as “freely available” by military manufacturers.
