The event, held in the province of Córdoba, served as a **regional platform for the exchange of experiences, knowledge production, and consensus building** on sustainable development. There, Cacace stressed the need to **turn climate discourse into concrete action**, highlighting the initiatives implemented in the province of San Luis.
Four Axes, One Comprehensive Environmental Strategy
During his presentation, Cacace reviewed the main programs promoted by his office around **four strategic lines**:
**1. Environmental Education:** Highlighted were the **Itinerant Environmental School**, which travels to different locations offering playful workshops for educational communities, and the **Environmental Ambassadors Network**, a program that trains young leaders to promote environmental projects in their territories.

Efficiency and Energy Transition:** San Luis presented its **Energy Efficiency Learning Network**, training sessions for municipalities, and a process of **reconfiguring the energy matrix** with two key fronts: the promotion of **renewable energies** and the necessary regulatory updates to manage them.
**4. Biodiversity and Protected Areas:** The province showcased its work on the **revaluation of public reserves**, the **incorporation of private areas into the provincial conservation system** (adding thousands of hectares), the creation of **biological corridors**, and the **control of invasive exotic species**.
A Federal and Multi-Actor Agenda Towards COP 30
The conference brought together representatives from all Argentine provinces, municipal authorities, and international organizations. Among the notable figures present were:
