The province of San Luis has different destinations that become great options for the upcoming holidays, especially for those looking for unique nature and landscapes. But undoubtedly, what can be enjoyed the most are the more than 200 trails surveyed by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of the province.
These trails offer a unique opportunity to engage in different sports and tourism activities, while enjoying the views and tranquility of the place. One of these activities is hiking, whether in urban spaces or in the natural environments provided by the mountains.
For this reason, the Subdirectorate of Tourism Planning of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of San Luis presented to the different travel agencies and tour operators the product called “Senderos de San Luis” (Trails of San Luis).
According to the authorities of the province, the project presented at the International Tourism Fair (FIT) will be launched in mid-December, and will feature all the natural resources of the region such as water spots, including waterfalls, streams, waterfalls, and dam beaches.

A new touristic package in San Luis
The “Senderos de San Luis” (Trails of San Luis) product is an important project for travel agencies, which will be able to create and offer different touristic packages, including transfers and accommodations.
“In San Luis, we have all the suitable landscapes, from north to south and from east to west, to develop hiking, an activity that contributes to physical and emotional well-being. Hiking as a touristic product can be offered throughout the year,” explained Silvia Lencina, member of the Subdirectorate of Tourism Planning of the province.
Hiking as the main activity
There are several provinces that have places for hiking, and an example of this is San Luis. This project is an ideal opportunity to enjoy the province in a different way, through recreation and relaxation, amidst natural and urban spaces, especially for all ages.
This activity not only allows for enjoyment but also the development of other activities, such as hiker meetings, trekking, ziplining, rappelling, bird watching, and stargazing, and the recognition of flora and fauna.
