The area, as detailed by Agencia Brasil, was divided into four Forest Management Units.

The four lots were awarded at the Sao Paulo Stock Exchange on Wednesday and can be sustainably exploited for 37 years.

According to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, the concessions are expected to generate annual revenues of 32.6 million reais and about 2800 direct and indirect jobs.
