Resistance: Three dogs rescued in deplorable condition and owner banned from having animals again

In the city of Resistencia (Chaco), the Metropolitan Rural Police intervened following a report about dogs in a state of abandonment at a residence on Arbo y Blanco street. The alert was made by the president of the Fundación Hogar Cuatro Patitas, who reported two dogs tied up and in poor conditions.

Upon arrival, the officers confirmed the situation and found three mixed-breed dogs in deplorable condition.
