Coral Energía advances with solar parks in Bandera and Añatuya, contributing 39 MW of clean energy to Santiago del Estero

The company Coral Energía, part of the Corven Group, continues with the construction of two solar parks in Santiago del Estero: Bandera and Añatuya.

Bandera: 26 MWp of installed capacity, with an estimated generation of 38,500 MWh annually, enough to supply about 12,800 families.

Añatuya: 13 MWp of installed capacity and an annual generation of 19,300 MWh, capable of covering the consumption of 6,400 households.

Together, both projects will add 39 MW of installed capacity, strengthening the provincial electrical grid with clean and renewable energy.

Construction Progress

In recent weeks, the following tasks have been intensified:

  • Installation of structures for photovoltaic panels.
  • Civil and assembly works.
  • Preparation for the next construction stages.

These advances consolidate Coral Energía’s presence in the province and reinforce its federal expansion strategy.

Positive Environmental Impact

The construction of the parks will allow an estimated saving of 38,400 tons of carbon dioxide, equivalent to what 1.7 million mature trees capture in a year.

This contribution adds to the national objectives of energy transition and emissions reduction, positioning Santiago del Estero as a key player in Argentina’s renewable matrix.
