Transform the conversation about climate change with the aim of countering the growing climate denialism and mobilizing young activists, non-activists, and their networks of influence throughout Latin America on the road to COP30. Diverse voices from different countries will share their stories and personal experiences with climate change to demonstrate that transformation begins when we change the way we view our everyday life.
“We need data but also good stories that help us understand how the impacts of climate change are experienced day to day. From coffee in Colombia to soccer in Argentina, the testimonies share close experiences, capable of emotionally connecting with people who still do not recognize the impact of this issue” – Nasha Cuello Cuvelier – Co-founder of Sustentabilidad Sin Fronteras
Through stories, conversational kits, and open resources, #MiraDosVeces invites you to rediscover the everyday, spark curiosity, and question climate misinformation.
The website, available in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, gathers everything needed to join the campaign.
These are the main actions of #MiraDosVeces:
- Sign the commitment to symbolically support a different conversation about climate change.
- Activate the conversation on the topic with the help of the Climate Conversations Kit which includes tools and a card game.
- Share the content with key messages on social media (these pieces do not have a logo so they can be easily appropriated and published).
- Create your own stories that demonstrate how climate change is already expressed in everyday life. For this, we created the “Create Your Story” Kit with templates and useful tips.
