Biofair 2026: the sunny side of the earth

The Bioferia 2026 once again established itself as the great meeting of responsible consumption and production in the region, bringing together thousands of people, enterprises, and organizations around the same questions: how to live well? How do we change the day-to-day economy to care for life?

For three days at the Hipódromo de Palermo, the event combined stages, thematic areas, and a diverse agenda of talks, workshops, and experiences, showing that it is possible to approach more conscious ways of living.

More than 200 triple impact exhibitors gathered to share new ways of eating, connecting, and inhabiting the world. Among them, Zafrán, Honest Recipes, participated with a stand offering tastings of their cereal bars, made with certified gluten-free oats, nuts, and seeds, sharing their perspective on food and purpose-driven companies.

Zafrán works with the goal of transforming the way we eat, generating inclusive work and promoting practices that care for the earth. It is part of the B Corporation movement in Argentina and a member of 1% for the Planet, a global initiative through which it donates 1% of its revenue to environmental organizations like Asociación Civil Germinar and Quinta Esencia, which promote regenerative agriculture.

“This year I experienced the Bioferia with mixed feelings. On one hand, the sadness over the setback of the Glacier Law that distances us from caring for what sustains us. On the other, the joy of seeing so many people gathered in a space that proposes new ways of doing and living. It is also moving to see how collective expressions grow: More than 800,000 people have already raised their voices in defense of water! It’s huge: the largest collective demand in history. I invite everyone to get informed. Because when we organize, something moves,” expressed Nito Anello, co-founder of Zafrán.

Record of visitors and B Corporations

The Bioferia 2026 once again demonstrated the sustained growth of the triple impact ecosystem in Argentina. In this edition, more than 20 certified B Corporations participated with stands and activities, expanding the possibilities for meeting and showing that another way of doing business —more conscious, collaborative, and networked— continues to gain strength.

In this context, the space Charlas bajo el Árbol, driven by TRASA, was established as a meeting point to open conversations about current challenges and explore new forms of collaboration among B Corporations. Topics related to competitiveness and financing were addressed, including tools developed together with BS Capital for the community.

Participants in these networking instances included: Koagua as the official water of the event; Biuniverse, Vistage Argentina, and Greenbondi from communication and leadership; Eittor Planta and Tonka Solar in renewable energy; Kompost Argentina in regenerative practices; Euca Aventura in childhood; Meraki Sustentable, Ecofactory Sustentable, and Fracking Design from design; Patagonia Argentina with its clothing repair space; Casanera, Lulea Mindful, and Destilería Kalmar in wellness and experiences; Urbano Express in triple impact logistics; PSA Vida in water access, and spaces like Huerta Coworking, Gea Sustentable, and Alamesa Resto, which completed the proposal from the community, circular economy, and conscious eating.

The Bioferia once again showed that when spaces are thought of in community, new possibilities open up to imagine —and practice— other ways of living.
