Chaco launches loans for the purchase of solar panels in industries

The Government of Chaco has announced the launch of a credit line aimed at promoting the use of solar panels in industries, with the objective of “promoting a more sustainable and accessible energy model.”

These credits will have a very competitive interest rate, making them an “attractive option for those interested in investing in solar energy.”

The Undersecretary of Industry, Employment, and Commerce of the province of Chaco, Hipólito Beveraggi, stated about the solar panel credits: “Renewable energies, as a sustainable and everyday use model, are already a reality. Therefore, in Chaco, we must take a step forward for their implementation and, thus, provide the energy system with alternatives that benefit the entire community,” highlighting the importance of adopting renewable technologies in a global context that demands solutions to the climate crisis.

From the provincial government, they point out that this measure “not only seeks to facilitate the transition to cleaner energy sources, but also aims to reduce the dependence on non-renewable resources, generating a positive impact on the local economy and the environment.”

The importance of promoting the use of solar energy in households

Although the initiative is mainly aimed at companies and industries in the province, it also seeks to “promote a change of mindset in households, encouraging families to consider solar energy as a viable and efficient alternative.”

“With this boost, the government of Chaco reaffirms its commitment to sustainable development and improving the quality of life of its citizens,” they concluded.

Highly positive environmental impact

Photovoltaic generation is a process that converts solar light into electrical energy through solar panels. Through this process, the emission of carbon dioxide is avoided.

Furthermore, it is a renewable and sustainable energy source that reduces dependence on fossil fuels and helps to mitigate climate change.

Moreover, it generates a highly positive environmental and social impact in the community: improvement in the quality of life of residents, reduction of the carbon footprint, creation of local jobs, transfer of knowledge to local labor, implies a significant advancement towards sustainability, and improves the supply in response to energy demand.
