– **Weight:** the maximum weight allowed per pet is 10 kg, including the container.
– **Minimum age:** 16 weeks.
– **Behavior:** aggressive dogs/cats that may be dangerous or cause discomfort to passengers are not allowed.
– **Documentation:** a Health Certificate issued by a veterinarian must be presented, stating that the animal is in optimal health conditions. It must be issued up to 10 days before the travel date. Vaccination certificate including rabies vaccine administered at least 21 days before the travel date and not more than a year ago.
– **Health:** pets under veterinary treatment are not allowed.
– **Hygiene:** the animal must be groomed to avoid discomfort among passengers.
– **Cargo hold:** pets will not be transported in the cargo hold.
– **Transport:** the pet must be transported in a portable kennel or container suitable for the animal’s dimensions, in which it must remain throughout the journey.
– **Check-in:** the passenger must arrive one hour before departure to check-in at the ticket office.
– **Available services:** can be done on selected services with a travel time of no more than six hours.
