Consuming foods rich in vitamins and minerals strengthens the immune system. In cold weather, hot foods help maintain body temperature, while in warm climates a light diet with fresh fruits and vegetables is recommended.

4. Avoid Extreme Temperature Changes

It is important to avoid sudden exposures to extreme temperatures. For example, when leaving a heated place in winter, it is recommended to bundle up before facing the cold outside. Similarly, in summer, it is best not to enter abruptly into spaces with air conditioning at very low temperatures.

5. Beware of Respiratory Diseases

Temperature changes can irritate the respiratory tract and cause problems such as bronchitis or rhinitis. To prevent them, it is recommended to avoid direct exposure to drafts and use humidifiers in closed environments.

Sudden temperature changes are inevitable, but with proper habits, it is possible to minimize their effects on health. Dressing appropriately, staying hydrated, maintaining a balanced diet, and avoiding extreme exposures are key to strengthening the body and reducing the risk of diseases.
