Ecloud Agency, a Rosario-based company specializing in design and technology, developed in 35 days the digital platform showcasing the five-year climate action plan of Palau, a country in Micronesia, at COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan.

COP29, held from November 11 to 22, is a crucial opportunity for countries to present their updated environmental action plans under the Paris Agreement, with the goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.

Objective of the Digital Climate Action Platform

The Palau Climate Change Office presented a five-year environmental action plan to achieve mitigation, adaptation, and disaster risk management goals.

Ecloud developed the first part of the project, with two more stages expected to enhance the platform with an advanced GIS tool integrating key data into interactive maps and 3D scenes.
