Sistema B, the organization that promotes the Global B Movement in Latin America, launched a digital platform with free courses.
This is aimed at companies, professionals, and consultants interested in the B Corporation Certification.
The new courses from Sistema B are now available online and offer official content on the triple impact standards.
According to the organization, the initiative responds to the significant changes that B Lab introduced in 2025.
The base organization presented new standards with more demanding requirements for the comprehensive management of the environmental impact in the private sector.
In particular, this is the most important update in the 20-year history of the B Movement.
Now, all companies seeking to certify or recertify from 2026 onwards must comply with this new version.
Free access to Sistema B courses for all of Latin America
The learning platform is digital and self-guided. It features official content in Spanish developed by B Lab and Sistema B, available for free at https://sistemab.thinkific.com/.
It currently offers 12 courses covering various topics. Sistema B courses include training on the B Movement, the evolution of standards, and the seven Impact Topics of the Assessment.
It also incorporates management tools like B Impact. Access is free and open for the entire region of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Three recommended trainings to start with
Sistema B suggests starting with three specific courses. The first, “The B Movement: changing the way of doing business,” is aimed at non-certified companies and individuals who want to learn about the topic for the first time.
The second training is “Introduction to the Evolution of Standards.” It is aimed at both B Corporations and other companies that want to learn about the new certification requirements.
The third recommended course is “Navigating B Impact.” It is directed at companies and professionals to learn about the free tool that allows measuring management considering the socio-environmental impact of the business.
The seven impact topics considered by the courses
The new standards set minimum parameters in seven Impact Topics:
- Stakeholder Governance and Purpose
- Climate Action
- Human Rights
- Fair Work
- Circularity and Environmental Management
- Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Government Affairs and Collective Action
In this way, the comprehensive impact management was established as an exclusive condition to achieve certification. The platform offers free courses on each of these seven topics.
“B Corporations today have the opportunity to evolve along with the standards and deepen their impact,” said Marina Arias, Executive Director of Sistema B Argentina.
“For the rest of the business ecosystem, this new platform represents a clear and transparent roadmap. It allows them to advance at their own pace on their path towards the triple impact of the business,” she added.
Arias concluded that they are “happy to make all this knowledge available.” She highlighted that it illustrates how the private sector can be a force for systemic change through standards that redefine business success worldwide.
