For the third consecutive year, the food company zafrán, Honest Recipes, reaffirms its commitment to allocate part of its revenue to two civil associations dedicated to environmental education: Germinar and Quinta Esencia.
In this context, zafrán is part of 1% for the Planet, a global movement that encourages companies to donate at least 1% of their annual sales to organizations that care for the environment.
“Environmental education is key to rethinking our relationship with the Earth and facing the challenges of the climate crisis, social and cultural.
It is necessary to achieve a profound cultural change, to transform the way we inhabit the world, strengthening bonds, knowledge, and practices that regenerate life,” declared Nito Anello, co-founder of Zafrán.
Quinta Esencia and Germinar from their most current proposals
Coronel Vidal, Partido de Mar Chiquita (Buenos Aires). Quinta Esencia is a center of ecological literacy that proposes rethinking the relationship with the Earth in a context of climate, social, and cultural crisis.
From a natural environment and through experiential experiences, it works on the training of teachers, students, and communities to become agents of change capable of regenerating life.
With face-to-face and virtual proposals, Quinta Esencia promotes transformative environmental education that ranges from the understanding of the principles that sustain life to its concrete application in the classroom, in enterprises, and in organizations.
In 2026, the center begins its training agenda with Pedagooogía 3000, a pedagogy for life that expands the meaning of educating beyond the school.
The proposal is aimed at people who accompany educational processes in different areas and ages: homeschooling experiences, cultural, recreational, or community centers, alternative pedagogical, artistic, or therapeutic projects, as well as mothers, fathers, caregivers, and education professionals.
Pedagooogía 3000 offers a living, practical, and profound system that integrates body, mind, and emotion, incorporating art, ecology, entrepreneurship, and self-knowledge as central dimensions of learning.
From February 1 to 13, 2026, the Intensive Training of Certified Facilitators will be held, led by Noemí Paymal and Carolina Adjemian, at Quinta Esencia. It is an experiential experience aimed at co-creating an integral, conscious education applicable to various educational and community contexts.

Germinar: regenerating in community through environmental education
Escobar, Buenos Aires.
Based in Escobar, the Germinar Civil Association has been working for over a decade for awareness and environmental education through action. Its proposal starts from direct learning with nature to regenerate in community, promoting healthy relationships between people and ecosystems.
In its program We Educate for Sustainability, it works with schools and educational communities, promoting reconnection with nature and the care of green spaces through formative and experiential proposals.
It also has an agroforestry project that integrates production and training, teaching how to produce food with care for soils and biodiversity. During 2026, registration is open for “Inhabit Our Earth,” a comprehensive training that proposes a transformative educational experience aimed at rethinking the way we connect with the territory and with life.
Throughout the journey, different themes are addressed that invite us to transition, with respect and coherence, towards a more sustainable inhabiting of the Earth.
The training aims to provide tools and knowledge to live in greater harmony with the environment and assume an active role in the processes of care and regeneration of ecosystems.
It is organized into eight thematic modules, developed over eight months, with a total of sixteen meetings.
The modality combines face-to-face and virtual instances, favoring deep, experiential, and community learning. Each module is led by specialists who share theoretical and practical approaches, as well as concrete experiences applicable to different spaces and contexts.
The journey integrates knowledge, practices, and collective reflection, strengthening a comprehensive view of human habitation and its impact on the Earth.
