The Deliberative Council of Pomán (Catamarca) has declared the area **”Salto de las Golondrinas”** as a **municipal natural reserve**.

Located 7 kilometers from the main square of Pomán Village, this place is ideal for direct contact with nature and **animal watching**.

Decree 003/2023 declares Salto de las Golondrinas as the first municipal protected area, especially for hosting the Swift species of bird. The Tourism and Environment departments of the municipality will be responsible for organizing actions to protect this habitat.
